Don't get me started on Safari, for some reason Apple decided that because I wanted to update iTunes I obviously also wanted their browser as well. I didn't and after trying it I'm stumped as to why Apple are considered to be better than MS.

Safari is not a safe browser!!! Stick with Firefox or IE. Apple have spent the last year trying to plug the holes in it. RBS / Natwest were even talking about not supporting people who used it for online banking....

Wow it seems you've had problems with it.

But each to their own.

Kind regards as always

John

PS Does anyone have an opinion of the new Google Chrome browser?

Chrome will be good, it just needs a bit more development. I think it's got some interesting features but the interface isn't very intuitive just yet. It's certainly one to watch though.

No problems with it myself as I'd never use it. The Mac we have in work are all firefox or IE. Safari is a band application in work. Its security issues are well documented.

Well thanks for the heads up
