I really DID intend to disengage the autopilot at 1000 feet. But it was nearly time to go to work and I didn't have time to go around (which looked quite likely) so I flicked the lever to 'land' instead
BTW That car park used to be our crew car park for many years and on a windy day it could take half an hour to hit the road home. It was too much fun watching them crabbing in over the top and kicking off the drift before touchdown!
