Well ole 'SYD been about everything in it's time :lol:

Perhaps unique as not many aircraft get lengthened....the odd prototype but how many had the bits taken out again. :think:

On the third selection of the 73 to 84....did anyone spot A40-AB in her old Caledonian markings.....What a great site....Bookmarked.... :thumbsup:

There is a pic of her like that on A.net I think....she was delivered and tested like that. I think the painting came after the refit.

That famous pic

Just before it was retired :lol:

He did fly it a foot or so lower at LHR with is wheels down just afterwards...it was called the landing :lol: :lol:
