I shouldn't laugh, but [seeing as he didn't actually die]...

I find it hard to feel sympathy with people who threaten suicide, and in doing so disrupt the lives of others. The bloke that pushed him is quite right in saying that's it's completely selfish.

I have monitored would be jumpers and they do take up a lot of resources and cause immense disruption however, for some it is a cry for help, for others it is attention seeking, for those who wish to end it all they usually jump before anyone can talk them out of it....I have been involved in these more times than I can remember including the ones that have died.
