BTW anyone know if this is an FS9 World first - Flight Plans accompanied by AI? I know FSX does it a lot, but it has a much more sophisticated game engine.
I believe MAIW does this with some packages - there Top Gun pack had AI F-14s and flight plans. Usually when they launch a pack that has a new plane that hasn't been previously released, it's included. Follow-up packages that use that plane, for example, will only have the repaints and traffic.bgl files.

Hey Pete!

MAIW (Military AI Works) http://www.militaryaiworks.com/ is freeware - but really, that's irrelvant. It is a rare enough occurence for a package to be as complete, ready-to-go (just add water - literally, with all these new carriers) as this will be - that it will be a majorly significant whether we were the first or not. The number of questions posted on SOH on naval aviation, carriers, AI, RCBCO, etc. is evident of how undeveloped this area really is.

The comparative dearth of 50's era carriers, especially Commonwealth, out there, together with the deeply loyal following to the Sea Fury is clear enough context to how hotly anticipated this multi-ship pack is. I'd say it's going to make lots of waves, but I've used up my quota of corny aphorisms for one day ...

Looking .... :welldone:

Curious - what water textures are you using? My personal faves are the Indigo textures, but the wake colour from the R95 clashes with them terribly. As I clearly will be around these ships for a good while to come, I may be willing to change to something else.

thanks,

A lovely aircraft and model. :tunes: It's just a shame isn't seen enough in reality in the UK thanks to the poor serviceability of the RNHF. At least we got to see two at DX!
