There's been a few of these on the net as each idiot tries to out do the previous
There can only be one eventual result
As for the pilots I think they should lose their licence and be jailed for deliberate endangerment of life

Looked like a Mirage F-1 to me, nothing particularly dangerous you just fly along with the radalt warner set for 20 feet and if it goes off climb!! If it's the French Air Force in Chad, or where ever, they seem to spend a LOT of time at low level training so they're pretty swept up at flying along a runway.

The aircraft is an F1 and I was going to say , this guy must be really strong to stand stock still under that jetwash.

You guys are sharp! I fell for it hook, line and sinker.
Amazing what can be done with some video editing.

Re: A bit close for comfort
The paused image doesn't really prove much, I've seen video I've shot myself do that when paused due to a combination of frame rate and the compression algorithm used. The lack of jet wash is more interesting, probably worth comparing to the one of a UK Harrier doing something similar in Kandahar to see what happens after it flies by, or the one of three German Alpha Jets doing a low level fly by.
