Had a swing buy one of the historical societies' annual classic car show yesterday, and got to see a handful of classic motors that I'd not seen before.

First - the obvious ones:

I'd heard of the first marque, but the other two were new to me.

I read the very first one was 9hp ? thats barely enough to get out of it's own way

They are beautiful! I'll take the snazzy red number (last pic) but would settle for any of them.

I am always amazed at how well preserved those classic cars are - a labour of love no doubt.

Nice to see the Messerschmit...My father had one. I borrowed it one weekend and took my wife from London to Feltwell in Norfolk to visit relatives. It was a great drive and I'll always remember it

#3 must be a Berkeley SE328 2 seat tourer?
built in 1956 or 1957...

Cant guess the other two right.
I would have said Alvis to #2 but that's obviously wrong...

#3 is the Berkeley, powered by a motorcycle engine.

No1 is a Railton and the small red tourer is a Singer 4AB. Correction, that should be small bluey-green tourer

Never heard of Railton before though, very interesting to read!
