Has anybody thought of building a Luton Minor for FS2004?

Re: Luton Minor
I believe that is on the list for the guys building Austers at Classic British Files.......as they have access to the only extant Luton Minor two seater (at Eggesford) courtesy of T6Flyer.

Re: Luton Minor
Never heard of a 2 seat Luton Minor. If required I can get some pictures of the Kiwi based Luton minor.

Re: Luton Minor
Its called "the Duet" mate - as I said Martin (T6Flyer) has access to it at Eggesford -- I believe the registration is GAYFT .
Funnily enough the SATCO at Luton Tower owned GAMAW for a while and kept it in the Corporation Hangar which used to
be next to Airline Engineerings hangar....(am I dating myself).

Re: Luton Minor
Sorry that this message is a little late, but have just returned from my hols - taking a Broussard around France for 12 days!!
Umm the Duet. Yes, this is based at Eggesford in Devon and is G-AYTT. Only one was produced in the early 1970s and a lot of people have seemed to have flown in it over the years. When we go somewhere and mention it people say 'I've flown that'. Quite odd in a way, when its the only one of its kind. I've only sampled it once on a cold wet August day (arent they all?) over the North Devon coast. I can just about get in a Pietenpol, so as the Duet is side by side, I can launch myself over the side, rather than struggle with arms and legs everywhere.
We also have a Luton Minor which has a 35hp JAP engine. Not really the plane for an undulating strip.
Best wishes,
Martin
