I'm not 'appy

Post by Filonian »

Was this a cunning plan by Eddie (Vegas)?

Took two friends to Manchester Airport this a.m., and as soon as I crossed into Lancashire the heavens opened - not amused at all.

However, after the drop off and crossing back into God's Own County, I was once more in the glorious sunshine again.

If this was you doing Eddie - cease and desist on my return trip to pick up again on the 14th. October - or at the very least arrange for better weather for me.

Hi Graham,

Nothing new over our neck of the woods. It rains all the time.

At least it got sunny again when you crossed back over the border.

I'm still here in the wetness.

Although today has'nt been too bad.

Let me know when you next come over. I'll arrange to say hello if I'm working. :hello:

Yep, I used to live on the wrong side of the Pennines a few miles from the M62; often driving home on that route you'd see the dark, dark clouds and sure enough as soon as you got in to Lancashire down would come the rain. That's one of the reasons why I moved - trench house!

Chris
