mr. paine's miles hawk six and proctor

Post by circleman »

Hi gents~
bin trying to work with FSRepaint on Keith Paine's lovely Hawk Six and the equally lovely Proctor. Neither of them will open in FSrepaint, but his Miles Sparrowhawk will!
Anything I can do on this end to get them into the paint shop?
I'd like to try some colour schemes and a little panel detail.

thx
cman

Hi Cman

Best follow Leif's advice

However thre is something in the compilation of certain models that stop them loading into FS.Repaint.

The 748 is one.

If this is the case and I suspect it is, there is nothing you can do.

FS Repaint is a good viewer but is not a good repaint programme so perhaps it might be an idea to look at something else.

Keith is planning a rebuild of the Proctor to make it painter friendly - Peter Watkins and Japp De Baare both wish to paint it (hopefully Jaap will gift us with some Military paints).

As the Speed Six only ever exsisted in the two paints provided I dont believe he will change it.
