Good point Garry. Are you trying to take off from a high altitude airport?

Yes, as it says, 3 degrees positive trim.

I'm rotating at about 140knts, but it's taking worringly long to get there. I sometimes just clear the localiser with my landing gear, then get stall warnings as I'm attempting to climb, no more than +2000ft/m.

have you got the slats (on the trident) and flaps set correctly. I can get both models in and out of Weybridge or Belfast City without problem *-)

You mention you've not played with the payload but I beleieve like most models it comes in overweight *-)

Even overweight Garry I have no probs getting either off the deck. Very strange. *-)

TBH I can Just get it out of GUernsey with default weight
