Caught many people out over the years. Including a fire engine.

how do those work ... do they go down on command of the bus driver .. or are there censors on the bus and in the
ground that activates them.
there certainly isn't any delay in them coming back up .... like a gate or cross arm ussually do

Brilliant! If only we could get a set or two of those in Stornoway. That'd shaft the ar$eholes who seem to think that no entry, one way, etc doesn't apply to them (ie 90% of the local population!).
