The weather forecast for saturday is wet and windy. How does that affect the programme Dave?

We're still in 'Go' mode as far as I'm aware Dennis. Not happy about the wet/windy forecast as I love nothing more than getting wet on the bike

If the plan changes at all, I'll let you know here ;)

My dear old Mum passed away recently, and one of the things I found among her belongings, was a Vimy flown cover. Date-stamped 3rd June 1969 at Weybridge.

Stamped on the envelope is "VIMY Flown Cover. Brooklands Weybridge to Wisley Airfield Surrey. By VIMY G-AWAU. Piloted by D.G.(Dizzy)ADDICOTT"

The postage stamp has a picture of the Vimy, and heads of Alcock & Brown. It cost a grand total of 5d in real money. (Pre decimal)

A stamp on the back of the envelope states that it was collected & delivered by Securicor.

I'll try to scan it and post a shot on here. However, there's no guarantee that the old grey matter will respond in the affirmative.

I have seen it in the air, but I'd like to see it again.

Dennis.
