Sorry mate, ment to reply to your PM but completely forgot. I don't have access to an XP machine at the moment, but I'd recommend downloading and installing this bad boy which should bring you up to date.... (although this won't install the old 1.1 version)

Thanks Ben.I answered my own question by searching this forum and found an earlier posting.
the framework folder contains version 3.5 as well as earlier versions.I assume that is normal.I needed to know before d/loading the WOAI installer.Cheers EricT
