Turboprop Britten Norman

Post by austerdriver »

Does any body know where to find Marcel Kuhnt's Turboprop Britten Norman Islander?

I have seen 2 repaints for this aircraft at flightsim.com but cannot find the model.

HI austerdriver..

Well mate, you asked for a Turboprop Britten Norman and the link Dave Garwood posted is the correct link for that model! Ironically, the paint you want for it no longer seems to be available there (could just be a broken link). Note that we're a Classic British Flightsim site so the chances of any of us here having a foreign Police paint are slim ;)
You can try looking at Avsim or Flightsim.com for that particular paint or email Marcel stating that the link for it on his site no longer works :)

Hi AD

It#s there but the link appears to be dead

As far asI know they can only be got from there. Maybe try any contact links the and make an enquiry.

Garry

EDIT

Dave slipped in

There models are remarkably hard to get so apart from that link and apart from trying that mentioned above I have know idea.

They have never been widely used as they are a bit difficult to install, although once they are, they are very good visually but the FDE are a little suspect.

Once I have done my chores for today, I'll upload it. Marcel never updated the BN-2T to version 3.2 so only version 3.1 available.

And I've done this before but seem to have deleted the file from that time so have to do it again.

Thanks for the link Ian. Got the aircraft up and running now.

I had seen the aircraft on the homepage but had found no link to download the aircraft. I tried using the web archive machine with no luck in getting the file.
