Thanks, Nigel - that brought back some pleasant memories. In the last two years before I retired I was heavily involved in running a series of courses which were the ATC equivalent of the airlines' CRM courses. This clip was used in the Teamworking Module as an example of good teamwork. It's funny, but it always seemed to be the girls who laughed loudest when it was shown - can't imagine why!
