Lost for words after watching that. Don't really see the point in using all those monitors in that way then not having the instruments smack bang in front, somehow did not really seem realistic enough as far as PC simming goes apart from the overhead and radio stack, would have been much better to have the forward view (instruments) on the main screen with others showing the cockpit side views instead of just the scenery.

Why is the right hand window saying "SLEW" in the down right-hand corner?

What does it say in the lower left hand corner of the left hand "main" screen?

Too much money or a technician with easy access to big LCD's :-)

Eddie ,

how much does the electric bill run?

easy peezy calculation..add the watts used per hour

if a moniter uses 100watts and it's on for 10 hours thats 1kWh
k = kilo
w = watt
h = hour

your electric company bills you on the kWh, here in PBC in Fl FPL charges about 15 cents kWh I think

so if it was on for the whole month (about 720 hours) thats 72000 kWh x .15 = 10 dollars 80 cents

....I bet the whole thing looks a mess with the light on in that room...wires everywhere ! 8)

Cheers Joe. I still wonder how much his bill is as he seems to have screens (and wires no doubt!) everywhere.

My guess he's using about 3 maybe 4... kW per hour
another thing .. this does not included the watts used from the power company
by the wire in the house throughout the branch circuits ((Resistance) and the poor connections at the power outlets where it's all plugged into

it adds up ..you know the power transformers .. figure if ya have 5 or 6 in your house plugged in all the time allyear round .. thats about
30 US .. based on the price per kWh averaged multiply that by the houses in the US ... shoot thats gotta be ..... 8) carry the 1 times , then divi

over a billion US dollars

know what else??

the heat .. here in Florida the AC has to run longer :rant: .. but if your in the cooler regions It might help ya save on the coal bill :lol:
