While I was resetting the Albatross I thought I might take a couple of shots at Stornoway

According to AS the weather is typical!!

Yes mate.. that weather is typical here and has been for longer than I can remember. News is.. it's due to get worse so it'll give AS a little more work to do

Never been a fan of the Albatross unfortunately. I'm not sure if it's due to the types somewhat colourful and short history of what boils down to disaster or what but I guess that must have something to do with it. Nice to see it modelled though. Let's hope later versions (if there are to be any) show a darker interior as the 'illusion' is not as good as it might be

Peter and I had talked about the interior -- its a shame but his choices were paint the exisiting model or nowt -- the are other little nigglers as well -- the contact points are off,
as Peter pointed out all four engine textures are the same so it makes it difficult to do a decent camoflage job on it -- however I think hes done a splendid job with Jens Model.
It would be nice to have an exterior to match the Mail plane modifications that were done to it.
