DC-3 in South African liveries
Does anybody know where I might find a repaint of a DC-3 in SAA liveries, or SAAF colors?

Which SAAF C-47 version would you be seeking? and for which model? MAAM or stock?

Anything, so long as it is compatible with the Default FSX DC-3 or if there is another compatible model available, great!! As a South African flyer I'm trying to get a goodly selection of SA aircraft together.

I asked next door Parksie
But our resident painter is a bit tied up at present ...sorry
I know a certain Dutchman who might be inclined to give it a shot - but hes been busy painting Connies recently.

Leif, thanks for the help, will just keep looking and keep the word out. Seems that there's a good community here and ideas don't go unheard. ![smile :xsmile:](./images/smilies/114.gif)

If you have the MAAM DC3 I am sure I saw a few South African and other African paints on their site. If you haven't the MAAM DC3 I recommend it as it is the best. It is available for FSX.

Re: DC-3 in South African liveries
You have a choice!
There is a paint job for the MS DC-3 of ZS-BHJ at Flightsim.com - file dc3saa.zip.
And one for the MAAM-SIM model of ZS-BXF at the same place - file maamsaak.zip
Hope this helps,
John

Re: DC-3 in South African liveries
Henk, you better believe it, Boerewors, brandewyn biltong and all!! Best sim sight I've seen with really helpful crew. John, just a quick question, is that DC -3 for fsx or FS9? I saw some in flight sim, but they were for FS9. Also don't have the payware one.
Also Trust everyone here had a great Christmas. I'm so sick of turkey, and Christmas grub, that I'm going to fly a relief mission to get rid of it to some remote corner of Africa. ![smile :xsmile:](./images/smilies/114.gif)
