Re: HS748 cockpit woes
Ok just answered myself here, and found something useful on installing DM's aircraft. Going to give that a whirl and see if I get it right.

Hi Parksie
Rest assured you won't crash your system with loading these FS.9 aircraft into FS.X
A few missing textures and maybe a prob with the glass is the worst you can get... We wouldn't suggest it if not safe.
Give it a go and any problems you do have and you don't get an answer using the search here (existing threads) then post and we will get back with an answer ASAP.
The guys who made it and the guys that help test it and use it and know all about it are all around, you so no worries,
we'll get you sorted

Re: HS748 cockpit woes
Wel, now I've got my first BAC 1-11 up and flying. One thing that I did note is that there are no thubnails, but not major I'll make my own. I've definitely got some homework to do and my vacation time will be of great use.

Re: HS748 cockpit woes
The reason there are no thumbnail is that it was created for FS.9 and those files ported over.

I'll say it does,we've raced 'em over at Classic British in our on-line air races and I took one around the Reno
course just to see what it'd do.
60 degree plus angles of bank going around the pylons out in the Bleachers, but she did it really nicely.

I'm really blown away by it. I have hand flown it from Cape Town to George and back. Steady, but also very responsive. I don't know too many FS Aircraft that I can say that about. Some are like flying a block of flats. Got the BAC 1-11 Sorted. I'm saving for next week.
