Ere....Wot about those amongst us who worked through Christmas making sure that folks got home safely or to that nice holiday in the sun???

:) Leif..... Hope you don't mind me calling you an Erk ? That's what general peeps were called in my days in the RAF , and as you can see I covered that in my post :agree: I was hoping that would cover everyone mate?

Sorry Tony

NOT an Erk.......I actually own a FAA Airman's certificate for what I do....worked hard for it.....same written and oral examinations as an ATP - lus I have recurrent every six months just like them --- oh yes - and when something umpleasent happens its one of us who stands in the court of Inquiry and hold the same liability as the gent in the left seat.
My responsibilty is a shared one with the PIC.....>Sorry as I said elsewhere one the forum its 1400 in the afternoon on a Boxing Day.....and while the rest of the world is enjoying themselves I just finished a long shift sorting problems
