Christmas? Never again!!!

Post by Trev Clark »

This year, we have had the wettest Christmas on record in Andalucia, 5 days of solid rain (about 2-4 inches a day) and it has wreaked havoc with everything. So, this year we had no telly (wind took out the dish and the repair men cannot work in the rain), no Christmas lunch (the house we were all going to got cut off!) and now (unless we want to drive for over an hour on the most twisty road in humanity and dodge the rockfalls) we are pretty much cut off from the outside world!!

I thought I would post a couple of photos, so you can all gloat

Life without a telly is an interesting experiment in social living, hopefully some time in the next month the experiment will finish......... before more blood is spilt!! :D

Oh dear, and here people thought they were all hard done by, by having a few flakes of snow closing airports so they could not fly out to sunnier climes and the Euro trains breaking down due to the wrong type of weather halting their Xmas getaway, sorry to hear of your troubles Trev, but here's hoping that next year........ :xgrin: :xdeer: :xsmile:

Regards
Nigel.
