I work for Martin Baker, and with regards the servicing of the seat I can't shed any light on whether this is done by ourselves.

TC does theirs inhouse - read the report and you will see the seats were 2 months over due but they got extentions from MB

The report does not actually say this. It is silent about who granted the extensions, and thus we cannot at present say that MB bear a share of blame

Well, like I said, I work there and at the moment can't comment on who does the servicing. I'm sure in the new year I might try and find out though.
