I'd say more than a few of those have been 'sharpened' so I guess the poor sod is using a box camera like mine :lol:

Saw the pictures earlier today. Nice shot of the pairs approach, with the lead just beginning his overshoot. :)

I've never acutally seen a RAF VC10 (which given my age means any VC10) flying at close quarters. Given the recent statements about VC10 pax operations, would one be wise to either attend airshows, or make a trip down to Oxfrodshire this year, before the chances of seeing one become greatly reduced?

The VC10 is a must see, until you see and hear this icon of the sky its hard to understand what we that have are trying to convey about this great British aircraft. I worked at Brize civilian from 1972 to 1987 and it was the best working time of my life. Make the trip.

Toby, you'd be very lucky to catch a 10 flying at an airshow - get down to Brize before they're all gone, IT'S A MUST! :)
