That's a nice looking paint Jason ;)

Good terminology Ben  The degree of reflected shine (in FS9 anyway) is dependant on the colour of the paint and the colour of the alpha applied to it (he says knowingly :worried: ) and one is balanced against the other to get the right effect which is easier said than done. I always ask someone who knows about these things first

Problem is.......

It is often not shiny in the full light and too shiny in the full shadow.. :wall:

It's a bit of a minefield :worried:

Ben Watson wrote:Hi Jason,

Got the earlier one and she looks great. Only coment would be that it is a bit too reflective. That may be an FSX thing, but could it be too much alpha? I'm not sure I'm using the right terminology
Im not a big big FSX fan still at the moment, so shes not been tried and tested in FSX, hence why shes a Fs2004 release im affriad. ;)

Im happy how she is in Fs2004 at the moment, like you guys say working to get proper silver styles is a minefield.

:cpu: is all i can keep doing. ;)

Well, I for one think that she's flat out beautiful in FSX - and certainly a great improvement over what was previously available. Keep up the great work Jason! Now if I could just get you to do a 43 Squadron for RAF Leuchars.....

Wasn't having a go mate, I think they look class, but the FSX thing can make repaints more shinny than they are in FS9.
