If you're into train simulators, look into Trainz software. The publisher is
www.auran.com, an Australian company. Their programs have a large choice of routes and trains from the UK, Australia, USA, and other European countries. You can drive the trains, as well as build your own routes and add trains, scenery, etc., from their free Download Station.
I'm using Trainz 2009. Their latest is Trainz 2010, but I'm not sure if it includes the Surveyor option (the one that lets you build your own system). It's worth a look at their website. It's an amazing simulation.
