Although I could never trust a journalist who refers to the airline of Australia as Quantas.

He obviously knows nothing of his topic.

I have to confess, I misspell Qantas on many occasions - something to do with my early education and having that 'q' followed by 'u' rule drilled into my head. At least that's my excuse and I am sticking to it.

As do many others - it should be QANTAS, the trendy modern marketing logo for Q.A.N.T.A.S, which stood for Queensland And Northern Territory Aerial Services, the original name of the company.
