Re: Percival
I know an Auster made it on - we have had an on going discussion about that Ben, seems the Duxford Percy was part of a group of ten delivered to the navy although they were registered to the RAF -- Keith has been Tutoring (pun intended) on Proctor law -- The naval Proctors had dinghy stowage in the right wing -- anyway I'm sure Mark (Miggers) has already had the Beta on a carrier................
Its a very nice piece of work -- just the thing for touring Scotland VFR![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/wink.gif)

Great shots of the Proctor there Leif.
Looks like it will be worth the wait.

Re: Percival
There are infact Two proctors being rebuilt, My fathers being the Mk 3 and the Other being the Mk5.
My fathers was found in a Barn in Sweden in pretty dire condition, he Brought it over to England and it's now being rebuilt alongside the other one at Great Oakley airfield in Essex!
I'm not entirely sure of the history but I believe one airframe (not sure which) was used as a Run around for a high ranking Raf Officer and it was painted in a Very unique scheme, and the other was used by some kind of airline.
If you'd like to find out more or come and Visit the rebuild send me a pm and I can get you in touch with my dad.
Oh and On the subject of landing on a Carrier, During the rebuild various points were found along the fuselage of one of the airframes which was originally used by the navy as deck tie down points so, you never know....

Re: Percival
Just to put you in the picture (!) I am in direct touch with Toms father (well by e-mail) over the last week or two & he has been a great help in sending me photos etc. I can now do the next interior stage a make some of the warning notices & placards that are missing from the model at the moment. Because Gt Oakley has a race meeting this weekend I painted -AKEX (it looks good in that view, not so good in t'others) (I'm still learning that art!) & today have sent him a video that I hope he can download & show visitors.
After I've finished doing the final twiddlies noted in Beta testing & trying to make it easier for the repainters amongt you - it'll be onto finishing the Mk IV/V airframe (completely new fuselage).
BTW Gary has done a lovely sound set for a Gipsy Queen!

Re: Percival
God willing, and the creek dont rise, the Proctor will be available this weekend -- Garys marvellous sound file will be offered as a seperate download (in an effort to make it easier for those who are server challenged to get them both).
And before anyone asks, Yes Keith has included a paint kit. However before you start rumaging around for the camoflage paints - the MkIV will be offered
seperatly due to the differences in fuselage length and canopy.
Oh yes DaveB -- Keith heeded your advice.![Wink ;)](./images/smilies/wink.gif)
