Fantastic bit of video! If the frame speed was the same throughout it took about a third of the manufacturing time to paint it!

Perhaps they should paint them all white - like vans. They could turn out 30% more

Thanks, Dave.

Ian :)

It's the painting bit I was more interested in. I imagined PEP sat in that hangar all riffy and rotten only to pop out a minute or so later bright and shining as a star. Then I came to :wall: :wall:

Oh yes.....the pride of Brooklands livery

I'd love to see how they do that in detail.....the whole finished aircraft looks too perfect to have been made by the hand of man....no brush marks, no glue on the canopy and all the wheels touching the ground

They even manage to get enough plasticine in the nose first try :)

Yep. :agree: It's a great video...but...the first part of the video is not of our Florida One aircraft. :( We fly 300, 500, and 700 series 737's which have only one emergency exit on each side of the fuselage. The first part of the video appears to be the construction of an 800 series which has 2 emergency exits on each side of the fuselage. The painting portion of the video is definitely our Florida One aircraft, though. I'm looking forward to flying on her and will post some pics of her here as soon as she appears in Dallas on one of my days off. :)
