'PLANE MAKERS' TV series on DVD

For the more mature (cough!) of us here, an interesting DVD release in the offing of 'The Plane Makers'. This was a Drama made for British ITV, in the mid 1960's in glorious black and white, set around the fortunes of a British Aircraft Manufacturer making a jet airliner. This was the first vehicle for John Wilder (Patrick Whymark), who went on to star in the same character role in 'The Power Game' set around big business in the City of London. (incidentally, the latter is already available on DVD and features very occasional footage of Comet 4 and VC10 - with particular references to the latter in the script, being the 'in' airliner at that time, when the series was made!)
