Airline Fees Test Travelers’ Limits

Post by nigelb »

Last week I posted a link to an article criticizing Southwest's "Acts of God" policy so I thought it only fair to post an article I found about Airline fees. Southwest is mentioned several times because of their policy of not charging fees for anything that has historically been a free service. A refreshing change from the industry norm.

An interesting article. Thanks for the link, Nigel. :) If an airline tried to charge me $100.00 for making a change to my reservation I'd probably just opt to drive instead of fly.
