Not sure if it's any help right now but certainly something to consider. Hackers tend to target .com addresses because they are used by corporate businesses, if he has the .co.uk address moving to that might take the site off the hacker's radar.

One thing I would like to know is what do they get out of hacking a website like Classic British Files.
Could the reason be "British" in the name? Just a thought given the apparent origin or affiliation of the hacker.

All fixed and back online with nothing lost.

Such a simple hack I could fix it from my iPhone whilst in the middle of a field in Leeds!

Pesky Script Kiddies :wall:

When I'm home and at a real computer I'll look into the cause and see what can be done to block it.

Sorry for any inconvenience, It's rather annoying but thankfully not serious.

I think he means that I'm away for the weekend as opposed to being short of cash :)

Just on the train on my way home, will be looking into the cause of this when I get back.

Yes - seems Leif's been away in the 'colonies' for too long ;) Fancy not knowing that 'out of pocket' means 'boracic'
Cheers
