Thanks for posting all the Shockwave light cfgs! I just purchased Shockwave Redux this morning.

Looks like I have some copying and pasting to do :)

Cheers,

Hi there,

has anyone the lights registration codes for adding shockwave lights to the nice HS 121 Trident (2 and 3), please? That would be really nice!

cheers and a happy new year

Only just seen this!

I guess no one is using 3D lights on the Trident because the lights are modelled.. not entries in the aircraft.cfg. 3D lights can still be used but it's a long-winded process to find where they are on the aircraft and tweak them into place. Easy way would be to find an old version of the Trident.. hope that the lights weren't modelled on that version and use the cfg entries as a starting place :)

They have to be modelled on the Trident later versions as it has wingflex

Indeed.. something I'd forgotten about :wall: You could still use the shockwave lights as prescribed but they'd remain static and look out of place. The only successful way around this would be to edit the mdl file (which you could do in the privacy of your own home but you'd not be able to re-distribute the edited file) :shhh:
