Love the second shot Simon

I keep trying ( I do, really ) to like this aircraft but find I only fly it to keep my rating current :( It has all the right ingredients but something just doesn't click. One day maybe ;)

i think a sound set that sounds like the aircraft and internal views woulde
help. I agree with you. I do not fly it much either.

The last picture of the sun looks good. Is it in FS2004?

Bristol Centaurus sounds. However it is so long ago I installed the plane I cannot remeber if the soundset is the original or not. It doesn't sound like the way I remember Ambassadors sounded like when they over flew my house in the sixties.

Yes to the seconfd query FS2004 with Active Sky. I am thinking of getting REX for FS2004.

:agree: It does create a great atmosphere, good weather or bad.

I have just very quickly loaded up Rex and threw an aircraft into the Friday Harbour quick flight just to grab a screen for you at a similar dusk time but using realtime weather. As you can see it's very hazy.

Click for full size. Ignore the see through engines it's the FS9 Vanguard running on FSX just for this screen :)

Thanks for the beautiful shot. I have REX for FSX. I hope it is as good for FS9 or is Active Sky just as good?

Looking at the FS9 screenshots just now on their web page I'd say it is. Certainly looking very nice.

Oo-er.. Superb too  I've been looking for things to buy for FS9 and I'd forgotten about REX (though I AM using REPro at the moment) ;)
