Interesting, are we invading Belgium to get back at Father Abraham and the Smurfs?

I have to say though I have always thought about the convertahelicoplanes in Arnie's The Sixth Day film. If they could work how good they would be :)

The blades when they rotate on a helicopter are better known as the disc, by altering the angle of that disc you can move the aircraft where you want it, now can someone explain to me how this weird thing will move?? I can see it going up and then down but other manoeuvres seem impossible with that amount of iron ware around the disc? Or is it a tilt rotor jobbie?? looks like a jobbie to me
