Despite searching the web I cannot definitely confirm if there is still an Andover that is operational. Did I read recently that of the 3 remaining, 2 had been withdrawn and moved to museums? No doubt someone here will know.
The reason I ask is that driving past RAF Marham yesterday I thought I saw one taking off! I was some distance away and, as I say, driving but it was red, white and blue (confirmed by my wife) and there was the distinct impession of Dart shaped engines. Despite the current situation (lots of unusual activity at the moment) the last thing I expected to see was an Andover!

Re: Andover?
Boscombe still have an operational Andover which is probably the one you saw. I've seen it here doing stuff at Benson a couple of times this year

Old sailors never die.. they just smell that way!
Re: Andover?
Boscombe still have TWO! XS606 of the ETPS sporting a nose probe, most commonly seen, and the more elusive XS646 of Qinetiq (trials). Both wear a near identical scheme.
