All as going fine.. right up to the point where water started coming through the ceiling into the dining area (boiler leaking so has had to be shut down) then one of the loo's in the 'Ladies' sprang a leak. I was bought (and poured) a pint (I don't drink at lunchtime.. I'm bad tempered enough!) so the old back ache isn't quite as obvious as it was AND.. I still have a 24hr 'no hammer' pass to use as I see fit online. Things could be worse

Almost certainly Mr B. I think it comes under 'force projection'. Whether they could navigate back downstream again remains to be seen!
