What controls it?
If I just have a quick shufti without logging in it's an hour slow. Logged in is OK as my settings are for GMT+DST.
Up there you guys can probably handle that OK but depending on the time of year it's multi-choice here in NZ between:
A 11hrs ahead
B 12hrs ahead
C 13hrs ahead
D All of the above

You can set it to display your local time

I think he's referring to the time shown when he's not logged in.

That seems to be set at GMT. That can probably be changed by admins in the board settings, but I suspect it would alter everyone else's settings

It is UTC based and modified by the user setting so that probably would upset things

Time is working fine for me only 1 minute out, not that it makes much difference here for Philippino's appointment time is plus or minus a couple of hours, usually plus.

A few years ago, there was a big international linguistics confab being held in Dublin. In the bar afterwards, a Spanish language professor was talking to an Irish colleague.
