Sam does Streatley
On the last weekend of the school summer hols, my boy Sam thought it would be a good idea to go and annoy DaveB. Excellent idea, why not
A few random shots:
The service is excellent, they even supply the means to keep children comfortably numb:
How many Canada geese do you need
DaveB appears with a power tool. I've blurred the image to protect those of a nervous disposition...
Mr B returns the power tool to the shed AND looks away from the camera..double relief....

Re: Sam does Streatley
That's odd. I've heard that it usually rains as soon as Dave begins to work in his garden.Garry Russell wrote:Weather turned out great

Re: Sam does Streatley
I was betting the blur was caused by Dave's blazing speed.

That has happened Brian but.. I cut the lawn yesterday (the half you can see anyway) Even when one doesn't feel like it.. one must move with the weather whenever possible England is very much a 'Green and Pleasant Land' at the moment and that doesn't happen without sufficient rain

Lovely shots. Very scenic. And that looks like a belting boozer. Wonder what the grubs like?
I suffer from paranoid amnesia. I can't remember who I don't trust.
Re: Sam does Streatley
I'll now put that on one of my places to visit.
I'd love to pop down there to see the sights and shake hands with Dave.
Although he'd probably not understand my northern accent. I'm told I sound like Peter Kay
Stand by your bed Dave. I'll probably bob in one day when you least expect it.
