If I see my work on a forum, even more so not this one, a remote long ways away forum where someone is using it and enjoying it....I'm happy :)

That tells me all I need to know...

Numbers are unimportant and mean nothing........like downloads...maybe there were 10,000 downloads but it could be 5,000 were thrown straight in the bin and another 4,500 sit unused on a system.

The moaners and demanders I'll give a hard time to

But again, as long as those who want it, have it and enjoy it, job done

If numbers were important to me I'd be making a Boeing 737, what ever that is :dunno:

Thanks for all your comments, maybe my approach IS dated, having actually seen these fly over my back garden, and having flown in a Chipmunk in my ATC days. And while I'm in worshipping mode, has anyone heard the CBFS Beaufighter do a really low-level pass of the control tower? I've sat in the cockpit of a Beaufighter, but never heard THAT WONDERFUL SOUND, and it looks great. Try it! This is alpha sierra, shutting down all engines. (for now) Cheers, Mike

It's simply a palindrome .... Boeing loves 'em...

Just like: "A man, a plan, a canal: PANAMA!" (if you skip the punctuations)

So, like the human tail, if we're not going to use it, let's get rid of it.
What does the Ministry think, is deleting it just more work, more trouble than it's worth?

Not more trouble than it's worth because it's no trouble at all

As I mentioned above a problem is being created over this where infact no problem exists

Just to Clarify chaps, I think the star rating is fine. TBH some of these models date back to 2002! so by todays standards aren't as good as a modern incarnation would be. So lets say you've only recently started using flight sim and you downloaded DG's Rapide for FSX, and then you download one of the very early models, well you might think that the early one isn't a patch on the FSX rapide, but it fills a gap and at the time it was really pushing the boundries. Anyway, its about expressing an opinion and we're all intitled to one of those. :)
