I had a more in-depth look at the .cfg contact points yesterday & there are some errors in the listing, I also note that the CofG is way aft when checking the aircraft fuel & passenger loading. Example of errors: Main wheels are on the 25% CofG ( value '0'), most mainwheels are fwd of this datum, also one of the spring/deflection values is different port to stbd, the wheel track is quoted as 8 ft, but the distance between the engines is 10 ft......good luck with your fiddling....

Re: DH88 Question
Says a lot about default aircraft or the difference between them and serious attempts at modelling flying replicas.
I just wish I could remember where I saw this sort of thing some years ago now

Re: DH88 Question
Have monkeyed around but to no avail. I think this is beyond my limited ability! Just have to put it down to good old Microsoft putting the 'fault' in default aircraft. Shame as this truly is a beautiful plane. Maybe someone more talented than I could build us one from scratch?

Re: DH88 Question
You could try this. Turns on rudder, but is still very twitchy

Thanks Graham!
You're right, it is still a bit twitchy but a vast improvement on the uncontrollable drunken dances across the airfield I was getting before. As long as you're careful and keep the inputs small the a/c actually goes where you want it to! Well done!
