The Airfield Construction Group have just uploaded their superb Duxford scenery for both FS9 & FSX to Avsim & Flightsim.com :excited:

Thanks for the HU, Dave. The ACG team really outdid themselves with this one; super-detailed and extremely friendly on the frame rates.

Downloaded & running, if you thought Twin Bases was good, this will knock your socks off :welldone:

Just discovered, even the Sim through the gates is going away like a fiddlers elbow :excited:

I have one small issue, reported to ACG, my VC10 static is missing :S Steps and shadow all there OK...bu***r. I am sure it is something simple, but due to age related issues I'm not sure what's wrong ;)

Those guys deserve a medal for this one

Regards
Geoff

Are you seeing the Trident?

Reason I ask is that (in the FSX version anyway) the VC10 & Trident are both part of the same object & share the same texture, so if you see the Trident, you should see the VC10 also :dunno:

Hi Dave,

I am using FS9, don't know how much difference that will make, I see the Trident OK.

Hi Geoff :hello:

Let us old farts be difficult together  I don't see the VC10 either in FS9 mate. I see the steps and the shadow of the aircraft but no VC10. The Trident and all other aircraft look fine. It looks like an L39 on t'other side of the runway. Not sure if it's textured or not.. only had a brief glimpse before work has got in the way 8)
