Wow!! that's excellent. Now where are those Viscounts. Good reason to get G-APEY out again. The only one I ever flew in.

Re: Old Friend Updated
Thanks guys
The hitherto most recent release is the VA pack, V5, which required both the 800 and 810 models to be installed. The two models have different weights and flight dynamics. V6 won't be released as a pack as such, but there's no reason it can't be added to any previous version as I'll include the current air file and any changes to the aircraft cfg.
cheers

Re: Old Friend Updated
Ditto to looking forward to this release as I really find your Panels for the British Turboprop Classics excellent.
Just a question - will the Decca Nav gauges work in any way? (I do appreciate of course, to implement same as per the prototype system would need some really serious work.)

Re: Old Friend Updated
I don't think you could create a real Decca, at least I couldn't
The Decometers do move relative to position, and the plotter map moves longitudenally and laterally with the pen nib showing position.
Just a bit of eye candy really.
cheers

Re: Old Friend Updated
There's a very good description of it here http://www.jproc.ca/hyperbolic/decca.html and I met it whilst working on the Andovers, it was all explained to me by a Comms fitter and I was none the wiser afterwards.
I would say that it is impossible to simulate.
