Don't know the full circs yet as Ive been on leave.

Reminded me of Macaulay Culkin's character in Home Alone 2. Shouldn't have been possible twenty years and certainly shouldn't be possible now! I'll have to start paying more attention now in airports. I don't check so carefully where I am going these days because I thought the system shouldn't allow you to make a mistake, seemingly not!

Sort of a Titanic syndrome...not one major thing but a series of smaller things that just lined lined up for the biggy.
Of course I have no idea what happened but I can't help thinking of under resourcing and pressure on staff.
This was harmless enough but lets just hope the message is take very seriously.
