Post by JohnWillimas »

If you've not seen the XS558 zipping past Beachy Head this is worth a look...

Well, as I've said before, the Victor was my favourite V-bomber for looks, Vulcan second, and the poor old Valiant, well....
Nevertheless, this was a real sight, thanks for posting the link! Makes British proud to be British.
And Eastbourne was all for free!!!! What a bargain!
Cheers, Mike.

That last break turn, I thought Kev might just put her all the way over for the heck of it. :)

I've seen a B-1B rolled and I know the Vulcan can do it, but being as young as I am, I've never seen it and no film proof that I've found does either.

Thanks Nev. Funny how doing a search didn't bring that one up. :)

Here's a recent one of the pilots breaking the rules in the Bone - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=URcUBAB8cYk

(BTW, it's not a "hard and fast" rule they broke, just the ACC doesn't like them doing it)

Here's another one I found with the pilot holding the Bone inverted for a bit before going back sunny side up.
