HMS Eagle in the 70s

Post by gordon-in-aberdeen »

Evening folks, I was hunting for Gannet stuff on YouTube and came across this most excellent home movie looking bit of film of HMS Eagle with all her finery, well worth a look if your into classic Royal Navy carrier ops

Thanks Gordon

So used to see shots of the more modern larger carriers...not much space for error there :worried:

My speakers must be acting up again. I didn't hear the head-banging rock music which all aviation videos have nowadays. Great video. :)
