Dumb Question time
Why, in the forums, do some of the little icons on the left have a scrolling text effect and most do not? I used to think it was because it was an active thread going on, but a lot of these are really old since they were last updated.

Hello Mate..
It's a bit of both really. The scrolling text indicates a 'hot topic'.. one with loads of pages.. as far as I'm aware anyway
