I have been downloading the files again from DM's website but the EFFECTS folders are missing. Any ideas anyone?

As far as I can tell.. there should only be 2.. DM Smoke L and DM Smoke R though I have neither in my effects folder

I fear the version I have (20080412) may not be the most up to date though
