I'm not sure why the engine restarts on the ground but suspect it is an FSX thing. A microswitch shorts out the relight system with the weight on the wheels, and I suspect that because FSX doesn't do continuous toggling of the starter as in FS9, the cut-out on touchdown does the job, allowing a single turnover of the starter.
By a coincidence I've done some work on the revised panel for the HS748 in the last few days, and an additional feature is the AUTO position for the fuel heater switches, so that they will come on when a pressure drop is sensed across the filter.
Remember fuel heat is provided by hot bleed air, so if the engine flames out there is none...descending to warmer air is the correct course of action.
