Hobbyking sent me the HU on this a while before Christmas. It's nice for sure and if I had a suitable area to fly it from, I'd have to indulge. It's PNF so you need a receiver (an additional cost if you don't have a spare loafing) but it's still not a bad price. Looks good.. very scale ;)

I really like that. :)

I can't see me buying one as my flying field isn't tarmac.

All tall grass and fields.

Think I'll stick to the grass belly landers.

I'm currently avoiding finding out if my old 6-channel controller still works otherwise there's a crashed Vixen in my future!!

Of course the paints scheme would have to be replaced by my old man's squadron, 893.

Would be very tempted if I didnt have 2 model waiting for their maiden flights  Hobbyking do both the vixen and vampire without the ducted fan and i have a spare lander 68mm 3200kv unit out of the demised cougar which would do the job nicely. I would ditch the retracts and bungie launch her. It would mean no ordinance but would go a bit quicker

Whats the new additions Dale? *-)

I'm loving the Stryker at the minute.

All my other foamies seem so gutless having flown this.

Hiya Eddie :hello:
Still not maidened the Seagull Cap 232 Confidence took a bashing on loosing the Zlin So to try to get over the size issue I have gone and bought a 1/4 scale cub ( black horse) the idea being it "should" be easy to fly to the point where it should virtually fly itself. once im used to it, the size of the cap shouldnt be so much of an issue and with a bit of luck will keep it intact longer than the zlin
Been flying the stryker mostly at the moment with the chipmunk if the weather is suitable for it. Had the chipmunk out last week but taking a chance with the wind blowing quite strongly across the strip Had a job landing but kept going back up determined to nail a good landing

That does look a good bit of fun. Is it just me, or does the flight video appear to have been filmed at the old Kai Tak?
